PUBLIC LAW PRACTICE

Arfan has a high profile public law practice, involving cutting edge cases, which frequently raise free speech issues, and involve challenges to government decisions against foreign nationals.

The cases he is instructed in frequently raise public international and EU law issues, and may involve claims against diplomats and heads of state. His practice also entails advisory and litigation work in cases involving human rights issues, whether under the ECHR or the EU Charter, and judicial review claims against public authorities, whether commercial or otherwise.
